You have ten days to return your hammock, no questions asked.
Our hammocks are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. Damage due to wear and tear can be repaired for a reasonable charge. Check your hammock stuff sack for weight limit and remember that our hammocks are guaranteed for use by one person.
We can repair your hammock outside of warranty, if possible, for a reasonable charge.

We ship to most places in the world. We can ship from Canada, USA, New Zealand, Austraila, and London. Tracking numbers are sent out the second day. A copy of your receipt will be sent to you by email.
